Good afternoon lovely people!
In this moment, these delicious cookies I’m about to share with you, are in the oven,- and the whole apartment smells so good! As said before; I’m a fan of easy, cheap and tasty recipes. These cookies only need to consist of two ingredients! They are also egg & milk free. Here is what you need;
(about 8 cookies)
1 ripe banana – 3 dl oatmeal – raisins & goji berries (optional)
1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees celsius
2. Mash the banana fine and add inn the oatmeal.
3. Optional is to add in raisins, goji berries, maybe some nuts, chocolate, dates. Use your imagination, no limits here. Everything you mix with banana will turn out tasty (at least 90%…)
4. Cook in oven for about 10-20 minutes (depends on how big you make them)
A perfect & healthy treat for the weekend or even for hiking. I’m going hiking this weekend and these cookies are just waiting on being eaten!
